Abstract

Статья посвящена роли экономических механизмов регулирующих уровень строительной безопасности, что обусловлено необходимостью поддерживать социально приемлемый уровень риска, который не препятствует производству необходимого количества товаров и услуг. Авторами рассматриваются механизмы территориальной эмиссии и квотирования риска, учитывающие конструктивные особенности и ответственность объектов строительства, степень подверженности территории их расположения внешним техногенным и природно-климатическим факторам риска, а также влияние случайных ошибок людей на всех стадиях инвестиционного процесса.
