Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме реформирования системы размещения государственного заказа в современной экономике России. Авторами выявлены противоречия, связанные с реализацией существующего законодательства в области размещения государственного заказа, проанализирована роль госзаказа в системе факторов государственного регулирования экономики, определены возможности макрои микроэкономического воздействия посредством регламентации системы размещения заказа, произведена экономическая оценка последствий внесения поправок в существующее законодательство о размещении государственного и муниципального заказа.
