Интеллектуальный Капитал И Труд: Эволюция Теории Факторов Производства

Abstract

Понятие интеллектуального капитала, сформировавшееся к середине 90-х гг. прошлого века, к настоящему времени стало самостоятельным направлением в науке и практике управления, привлекая все больше внимания как со стороны исследователей, так и со стороны менеджеров. За почти двадцатилетнюю историю накоплен большой опыт управления интеллектуальным капиталом в компаниях, стремящихся идти в ногу со временем, появилось множество концепций и моделей интеллектуального капитала, объясняющих разные стороны данного явления. В настоящей статье представлен авторский подход к трактовке сущности интеллектуального капитала как продолжения эволюции теории факторов производства, являющийся результатом десятилетних исследований в данной области.
