Abstract

Статья посвящена новым подходам в реализации стратегии продвижения компании на рынке посредством формирования имиджа. При этом рассматриваются в основном вопросы, связанные с внутренними компонентами, необходимыми для формирования имиджа компании, за счёт создания корпоративной культуры и её поддержания. Правильно выстроенная и поддерживаемая корпоративность позволит сформировать приверженность персонала целям компании, что, в свою очередь, будет провоцировать максимальную отдачу и ориентацию на результат. Таким образом, подтверждается факт, что современный подход к формированию имиджа зависит не только от внешних факторов, но и от грамотного руководства компанией.
