Abstract

Рассмотрен фактор справедливости и несправедливости в теории мотивации, отмечено, что ни в теории, ни в практике в должной мере не используется этот компонент мотивации труда. Предложены дополнения к теории справедливости, позволяющие более корректно учитывать этот фактор и скорректировать существующие системы мотивации труда на предприятии.
