Прогнозирование Параметров Промышленного Электропотребления В Условиях Волатильности Ценовых Сигналов

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам покупки электроэнергии на оптовом рынке для промышленности России. Авторами рассмотрены механизм ценообразования и различные комбинации между ценами рынка на сутки вперед и ценами балансирующего рынка. Выявлены благоприятные соотношения между ценами балансирующего рынка и подаваемыми планами на энергопотребление. Предложены рекомендации по совершенствованию модели прогнозирования электропотребления, основывающиеся на учете не только факторов, определяющих потребность в электроэнергии, но и факторов учитывающих тенденции балансирующего рынка.
