Abstract

В статье определены закономерности развития и функционирования российского рынка труда, а также обоснованы рекомендации по совершенствованию механизма управления трудовыми ресурсами. Выявлены основные особенности отечественной модели рынка труда. Структурированы предложения, направленные на повышение занятости трудовых ресурсов в современных условиях.
