Abstract

Рассматривается проблема изношенности и устаревания основных производственных фондов наряду с избытком мощностей, включающих мобилизационный резерв, что является одним из актуальных вопросов, составляющих проблематику российского оборонно-промышленного комплекса. Для решения предложены методы двух направлений: оптимизация использования производственных мощностей на предприятиях и разработка нового нормативно-правового обеспечения при содействии государства
