Abstract

Рассмотрена классификация потребительских свойств обогащенных пищевых продуктов на примере хлебобулочных изделий. Разработан алгоритм оптимизации потребительских свойств обогащенных пищевых продуктов с использованием функции желательности Харрингтона.
