Abstract

В статье предлагается авторская классификация процессов реструктуризации предприятий, которая легла в основу конкретизации критериев и модели оценки эффективности процессов реструктуризации предприятий в условиях финансового кризиса. Предлагаемая модель ориентирована на рост стоимости и конкурентоспособности предприятия при минимуме средств, вложенных в реструктуризацию предприятия.
