Abstract

Социально-экономическая адаптация угледобывающего предприятия рассмотрена как с сущностно целевых позиций, так и с позиций средства преобразования системы социальнои организационно-экономических отношений собственников труда и капитала. Предложен комплекс методологических принципов и методов планирования, организации, мотивации и контроля процессов адаптации предприятия к инновационному технологическому развитию.
