Abstract

В статье образование рассматривается как один из основных факторов развития личности, как условие экономического роста, повышения материального благосостояния населения страны. Особое внимание уделяется образовательному кредиту, являющемуся одним из перспективных источников финансирования обучения, инструментом повышения доступности качественного среднего и высшего образования для способной молодежи, привлечения денежных средств в конкурентоспособные вузы и эффективного развития сферы образования в целом.
