Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам устойчивого развития молокоперерабатывающих предприятий, при условии, что поставщики сырого молока могут находиться в различных природно-климатических зонах. Авторами рассмотрены возможности применения производственных функций для прогнозирования выпуска продукции. В статье авторы дали подробный алгоритм расчета выбора наиболее предпочтительных претендентов в интеграционную структуру
