Abstract

В статье рассмотрены принципы разработки и освоения уникальной машиностроительной продукции. Уникальная продукция рассматривается нами как новая, производимая в единственном экземпляре для конкретного потребителя. На основании методов системного анализа разработаны: система параметров оценки уникальной продукции и модель процессов системы управления и описаны ее составляющие в виде принципов, функций и задач. Предлагаются рекомендации для создания системы документооборота на основании зон контроля подразделений предприятия.
