Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам гармонизации нормативной базы, действующей в пищевой промышленности России с международными нормами. Авторами рассмотрено современное состояние нормативной базы и те преобразования, которые определены Федеральным законом от 27 декабря 2002 г. №184-ФЗ «О техническом регулировании». В статье проведен подробный анализ сопоставимости требований действующей нормативной базы и их применимость на различных уровнях контроля качества продукции, а также достаточность для установления градаций качества.
