Abstract

Статья посвящена проблеме повышения результативности интеграции промышленных предприятий за счет увеличения положительного системного эффекта. Выявлены причины неудачных интеграционных сделок, а также определены источники синергии, организационные условия и взаимосвязи между элементами системы, образовавшейся в результате интеграции предприятий. В итоге представлена модель формирования положительного системного эффекта интеграции промышленных предприятий.
