Abstract

В статье представлена логическая схема комплексного метода использования механизма проектного управления на предприятиях машиностроения, позволяющего классифицировать предприятия по степени диверсификации, обоснованно выбирать наиболее эффективную организационную структуру и принимать решения о реализации продуктового проекта с учетом степени диверсификации конкурентного предприятия. Основное достоинство предлагаемого метода -универсальность используемых показателей.
