Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию проблем и перспектив формирования и развития новых форм организации и управления хозяйствующими субъектами (на примере государственно-частного партнерства). Авторами обоснована необходимость внедрения государственно-частного партнерства как современного механизма организации предпринимательской деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов, позволяющей эффективно решать системные проблемы экономики регионов. Рассмотрены возможные формы государственно-частного партнерства, а также предложен механизм их регулирования на региональном уровне.
