Abstract

Раскрыты сущность экономического механизма управления земельными ресурсами, элементы системы внутрихозяйственного управления земельными ресурсами, рассмотрены внешние и внутренние факторы, оказывающие влияние на процесс оценки земли. В современных условиях земельные ресурсы приобрели ряд особых характеристик, таких как потенциальный рост их цены, сложность организационной системы управления и использования, необходимость учета большого числа производственных, социально-культурных, бытовых, инженерно-транспортных факторов.
