Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам развития малого и среднего предпринимательства. Рассмотрена экономическая сущность и роль данного сектора в экономике страны и региона; подходы к определению субъекта малого предпринимательства. Проведен анализ состояния малого и среднего предпринимательства Челябинской области. Рассмотрен программно-целевой метод развития и поддержки субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства.
