Аутсорсинг Бизнес-Функции Управления Поставками И Запасами Металлолома На Металлургических Предприятиях

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам крупных металлургических предприятий, связанных с переводом копровых цехов и сопутствующих им подразделений на аутсорсинг и передачей им бизнес-функций управления поставками и запасами вторичных чёрных металлов (ВЧМ). Авторы на примере электосталеплавильного цеха показали методику исследований характера спроса и поставок ВЧМ на металлургические предприятия, постановку задачи, выбор критерия и модели оптимизации точки заказа и оптимальной величины запаса ВЧМ. В статье приведена методика нормирования оборотных средств на основе оптимизированных параметров системы управления запасами.
