Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам оценки экономической эффективности холдинговых объединений, учитывающих внутрикорпоративные взаимодействия в различных функциональных областях. Предлагаемый метод позволяет руководству холдинговых объединений получить комплексную оценку экономической эффективности с целью использования в оперативном и стратегическом управлении.
