Abstract

В статье содержится авторская методика проведения матричного анализа платежеспособности и деловой активности предприятия, позволяющая оптимизировать процесс принятия управленческих решений в области оборотного капитала. Методика позволяет выявить объем, сроки возникновения, причины и последствия дефицита или избытка ликвидных активов, требующихся для погашения обязательств предприятия.
