Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам использования программно-целевой методологии в территориальном разрезе, а именно проблеме отсутствия теоретико-методологического инструментария обоснования, формирования, оптимизации, реализации и оценки программ развития сложных экономических систем. В рамках данной статьи автором заложены теоретические предпосылки реализации программно-целевого метода управления регионом, дана подробная классификация и обоснование основных подходов к реализации программно-целевого метода на региональном уровне
