Система Экспертного Оценивания Состояния Навигационной Безопасности Морской Акватории На Основе Нейро-Нечёткой Сети

Abstract

Рассмотрена модель информационной системы, оценивающей безопасность коллективного движения морских судов. Система позволяет выделять различные уровни опасности типа «высокий», «средний» и «низкий». В основу разделения уровней опасности положены характер сближения судов, время до сближения и степень маневрирования судов. Предложен подход к фаззификации задачи и конфигурация нейро-нечеткой сети, генерирующей предупреждающие сигналы. Представлены результаты вычислительного эксперимента и натурных испытаний.
