Применение Геоинформационных Технологий Для Исследования Проблем Энергетической Безопасности

Abstract

Описано применение геоинформационных систем для решения проблем, возникающих при анализе результатов моделирования долгосрочного развития топливно-энергетического комплекса страны. Показана возможность визуальной оценки состояния энергетики страны в анализируемый момент времени на основе набора электронных карт, связанных с системообразующими энергетическими объектами. Предложены принципы отображения системы энергетики на карте как сети распределения энергоресурсов. Разработано программное обеспечение для комплексного анализа структуры и территориально-производственных связей энергетики страны в различных расчётных ситуациях с учётом требований энергетической безопасности.
