Abstract

Дан теоретико-управленческий анализ государственной деятельности по охране здоровья населения России. Обоснована необходимость расширения этой деятельности путем управления непосредственно здоровьем в рамках государственно-общественного партнерства, при котором обеспечиваются достижение максимально возможного уровня индивидуального здоровья и ответственность граждан за конечный результат.The paper presents the control theory analysis of Russian people health public administration. It substantiates the necessity to expand this activity by including a direct health control process in a context of State-Society partnership in order to maximize possible level of individual health and citizen’s responsibility for the outcome.
