Abstract

Описаны процедуры экспертного анализа взаимовлияния факторов кредитно-денежной политики и хозяйственной деятельности. Рассмотрены факторы, включающие в себя параметры состояния экономики, финансовой сферы и инструменты государственного управления. Введено понятие примитивных связей, оценки которых задаются экспертным путем. Предложены рефлексивные процедуры расчета оценок транзитивного замыкания примитивных связей. Рассмотрены разные реализации операций над оценками (линейные, логические, времениподобные). Дано описание процесса верификации модели. Приведен численный пример анализа взаимовлияния факторов рассматриваемой области.
