Abstract

Рассмотрена проблема оптимизации государственных социальных инвестиций в рамках национальных проектов «Образование», «Здоровье» и «Доступное и комфортное жилье», реализуемых в РФ в 2006 2012 гг. Разработан комплекс многофакторных регрессионных оптимизационных моделей распределения инвестиций в социальные проекты. Предложены механизмы многокритериальной оптимизации проектного финансирования при равнозначных и неравнозначных критериях, на основе которых решена задача оптимизации планов инвестиций на 2013 2015 гг. в разрезе критериев и индикаторов социальных проектов и сформированы оптимизированные прогнозы динамики развития социальной сферы Самарской области.
