Лидирующие Индикаторы Экономических Циклов В Развитых Странах И Трансформационных Экономиках: Сравнительный Анализ

Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы управления экономической системой в условиях цикличности развития. Дан сравнительный анализ концептуальных подходов к методикам выявления лидирующих индикаторов экономического цикла в условиях трансформационных экономик. Обоснована необходимость ранжирования указанных индикаторов как для кратко-, так и для среднесрочных циклов. Приведены результаты выявления лидирующих индикаторов в Болгарии, Беларуси, России и Украине на основе обработки обширной статистической базы с учетом авторской методологии.
