Оценка Управляющих Дозовых Воздействий Противоопухолевой Вакцинотерапии С Помощью Математического Моделирования

Abstract

Представлена математическая модель противоопухолевой вакцинотерапии с использованием вируса. Модель описывает двухэтапный механизм гибели опухолевых клеток, вызванный реакцией иммунной системы против вируса, и последующую их гибель в результате развития иммунной реакции против погибших инфицированных опухолевых клеток. Получена оценка параметров модели и выполнена проверка ее адекватности с учетом экспериментальных кинетических кривых роста. Предложен подход, позволяющий получить оценки управляющих дозовых воздействий на основе построенной модели.
