Abstract

Отмечено, что принятие решений о подключении потребителей к энергосетям представляет собой одну из наиболее трудоемких проблем – как для потребителей электрической энергии, так и для энергетических предприятий и организаций. Показано, что выбор точки присоединения потребителя к энергосети имеет много вариантов решения, каждый из которых требует знания технологии передачи и распределения энергии в сетях, характеристик сетевого оборудования и др. Предложен системный подход, позволяющий ускорить и автоматизировать процесс принятия решений о технической возможности технологических присоединений энергоприемников потребителей к распределительным электрическим сетям.
