Оптимальное Управление Инновационным Процессом В Рамках Интегрированной Структуры

Abstract

Рассмотрена задача оптимального управления процессом внедрения на заданном интервале времени инноваций, осуществляемых в рамках вертикально интегрированной финансово-промышленной структуры. С помощью математической модели взаимодействия финансового и промышленного капитала исследована возможность повышения эффективности внедрения инноваций на основе оптимизации управления динамикой инвестирования участниками структуры в венчурный капитал. При этом, одновременно оптимизируется процесс инвестирования производителя с целью повышения экономической эффективности путем снижения издержек, как на этапе коммерциализации инноваций, так и при выпуске новейшей продукции.
