Информационное Управление (Предпосылки, Методы И Средства)

Abstract

Вводится понятие информационного управления, под которым понимается процесс выработки и реализации управленческих решений в ситуации, когда управляющее воздействие носит неявный, косвенный характер и объекту управления представляется определяемая субъектом управления информация о ситуации (информационная картина), ориентируясь на которую этот объект как бы самостоятельно выбирает линию своего поведения. Отмечается, что информационное управление возникло и существует достаточно давно, однако его существенная роль в управлении была признана только во второй половине XX в.
