Оптимальные Иерархии Управления Для Функций Затрат, Представимых В Виде Суммы Однородных Функций

Abstract

Задача формирования рациональной организационной структуры рассмотрена как задача дискретной оптимизации поиска иерархии управления, минимизирующей заданный критерий (затраты на содержание иерархии). Исследован класс функций затрат на содержание менеджера, представимых в виде суммы однородных функций. Получены условия, при которых в оптимальной иерархии все менеджеры имеют одинаковое число непосредственных подчиненных, найдена формула нижней оценки затрат оптимальной иерархии. Дан иллюстративный пример расчета.
