Использование Обучающей Выборки Для Определения Приоритета Критериев В Рейтинговой Системе Оценивания Научных Журналов

Abstract

Рассмотрена математическая модель автоматизированного рейтингового оценивания научных журналов для поддержки принятия решений в процессе комплектования информационного центра. Для отбора наиболее значимых критериев и определения их приоритета в условиях неполноты данных разработана статистическая методика взвешивания, основанная на использовании обучающей выборки и эталонного критерия. Для вычисления рейтинга научного журнала применен метод анализа иерархий.
