Abstract

Представлены результаты разработки нового актуального направления исследований -информационного управления. Рассматриваются исходная понятийная база формализации основных понятий, которые могут быть положены в основу построения сценариев информационного поведения элементов социальных, экономических, политических и других типов систем.
