Abstract

Рассмотрена модель оптимального управления выбором числа рабочих устройств обслуживания в многолинейной системе массового обслуживания. На основе качественного анализа выделены существенные характеристические параметры системы. Модель реализована в программной среде MATLAB 7.O. Представлены результаты моделирования. Выделены критические значения параметров системы массового обслуживания и описаны наиболее характерные режимы ее функционирования.
