Abstract

Приведены выражения для оценки среднего времени ожидания обслуживания в очереди. Получены простые соотношения, позволяющие определить необходимое число каналов обслуживания в системе массового обслуживания при заданных ограничениях на длину очереди. Отмечено, что полученные результаты могут быть использованы для оптимизации работы крупных call-центров и других систем массового обслуживания с большим числом каналов.The paper provides the analytical terms for estimation of average time of service waiting in queueing systems (QS) that are derived as a result of some asymptotic task solution. Moreover, the simple expression which allows to evaluate the amount of QS service channels which are required to limit the average waiting time by define value are presented. The obtained results could be used for work optimization of large-size call-centers and other queueing systems with a generous amount of service channels.
