Abstract

В статье представлены уточненные по сравнению с ранее опубликованными оценки динамики человеческого капитала российской экономики. Построены сквозные динамические ряды человеческого капитала за 1992-2012 гг. в разрезе основных видов экономической деятельности, охватывающие в сумме 85-90% всего объема человеческого капитала в российской экономике. Анализ вклада накопления человеческого капитала в экономическую динамику осуществлен посредством моделей производственной функции. Разработан оригинальный подход к оценке параметров производственной функции, основанный на методе главных компонент.
