Abstract

В статье рассматриваются возможности повышения стабильности российского рынка государственных облигаций путем внедрения системы первичных дилеров. На основе анализа статистики и регулирующих документов 22-х стран выделены сложившиеся в мире «модели» первичного дилерства и их связь с особенностями национальных рынков. Выявленные закономерности позволяют авторам предложить адаптированную к специфике отечественной экономики «модель» первичного дилерства.
