Abstract

В статье анализируются возможные подходы к количественному обоснованию взаимосвязи между затратами на исследования и разработки и развитием экономики. Рассматриваются механизмы трансферта результатов научных исследований через импорт готовой продукции, товаров и услуг, а также влияние совокупных затрат на исследования и разработки на динамические и структурные характеристики развития экономики. Приводятся требования к объему затрат на исследования и разработки в среднесрочной перспективе для обеспечения реализации конструктивного сценария развития российской экономики.
