Abstract

В статье приведен обзор методов измерения технологического прогресса, разработанных в последние 50-60 лет для анализа эффективности национальных экономик. Особое место уделяется производственным функциям (ПФ) как аппарату, позволяющему проводить агрегированные оценки технологического прогресса в рамках различных способов граничных (анализ стохастической границы эффективности SFA-подход, и метод огибающих DEA-подход) и неграничных («остаток Солоу»). Анализируется целесообразность расширения традиционных трехфакторных моделей ПФ, включающих труд, физический и человеческий капитал за счет добавления двух показателей: институционального развития и обеспеченности инфраструктурой. Проводится обзор переменных, доступных в мировых статистических базах данных и способных аппроксимировать эти факторы производства.
