Анализ И Прогнозирование Занятости И Затрат Труда В Российской Экономике

Abstract

Исходный тезис статьи состоит в том, что официальная статистика занятости не отражает действительную динамику затрат труда, в особенности в период 1991-2008 гг. Показано, что результатом искажений в измерении затрат труда являются систематические ошибки в прогнозах занятости и производительности труда. Обосновывается необходимость использования при прогнозировании концепции и показателя условной эффективной занятости.
