Abstract

Анализ основных показателей обеспеченности промышленными запасами углеводородов показывает на дисбаланс ресурсно-сырьевой базы нефтегазового комплекса России. Газодобывающая отрасль обеспечена ресурсной базой на десятилетия вперед. Нефтедобывающая отрасль России ограничена в своем развитии сокращением прироста промышленных запасов нефти. Связано это с выработанностью ресурсов в традиционных центрах нефтедобычи. Выбор стратегии развития нефтяной отрасли осложняется значительными затратами, на освоение как труднодоступных районов Восточной Сибири, так и глубоких горизонтов в разрабатываемых нефтеносных провинциях, в частности на Юге России, с использованием потенциала малого бизнеса. В связи с этим актуализируется необходимость реализации концепции устойчивого развития нефтегазового комплекса.
