Abstract

В статье рассмотрены: процессы приватизации сельскохозяйственных угодий и образования земельных долей, основные секторы современного аграрного землепользования, степень развития в них рыночных отношений. Проанализированы причины проблемы земельных долей и перспективы ее решения, указано на необходимость поиска оптимального баланса между социальной и экономической составляющими этой проблемы. Подведены основные итоги приватизации земель в АПК.
