Abstract

Статья является прямым продолжением [1], но в ней рассматривается не отраслевой, а субъектный аспект темы. Иначе говоря, анализируется то, как повлияли процессы приватизации, национализации и консолидации государственных активов на основных реальных игроков -крупнейшие компании и интегрированные бизнес-группы (ИБГ). Кроме того, в статье предпринята попытка оценить результаты этих процессов с народнохозяйственных позиций. С того времени, как произошли основные связанные с ними события и государством заявлены основные цели, прошло не менее шести лет, и можно подводить первые содержательные итоги. Анализируемый период 2000-2013 гг.
