Модельный Инструментарий Результативного Управления В Ресурсном Регионе

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены практические проблемы разработки стратегии и программы социальноэкономического развития ресурсного региона. Предлагается подход, содержательную основу которого составляет методология индикативного планирования, а модельный инструментарий строится на основе задачи выхода на траекторию устойчивого развития. Приводятся примеры реализации такого подхода для Ханты-Мансийского АО, Красноярского края и Забайкалья.
