Abstract

В статье рассматриваются некоторые аспекты приоритетных направлений развития российского железнодорожного транспорта, вопросы управления, финансирования при взаимодействии различных участников рынка транспортных услуг в новых условиях хозяйствования. Оцениваются последствия вступления России в ВТО для железнодорожного транспорта. Особое внимание уделяется развитию скоростного и высокоскоростного движения, а также проблемам, связанным с инфраструктурной составляющей отрасли и коммерциализацией перевозок.
