Системные Эффекты Интеграции Электроэнергетических Комплексов Стран Постсоветского Пространства

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены современное состояние и перспективы развития электроэнергетических систем (ЭЭС) стран постсоветского пространства. Выполнен анализ динамики обменов перетоками электроэнергии между указанными странами за постсоветский период. Выявлены системные эффекты текущего взаимодействия национальных ЭЭС стран на постсоветском пространстве и определена экономическая оценка некоторых из них. Приведены оценки потенциальных мощностных эффектов совмещения годовых и суточных графиков электрической нагрузки, которые могут быть достигнуты в настоящее время и в перспективе до 2030 г. при кооперации национальных энергосистем. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о значительном потенциале электроэнергетической интеграции в регионе.
